are the transactions occurred during the month of September 2018.

1 Ms. Mateoo deposited cash amounting to P350,000 under the name of the company.
1 Tables and chairs were purchased from JohnD Furniture at a total cost of P300,000, 40% on
cash and balance by issuing a promissory payable after thirty(30) days.
4 Registered the business name with DTI and paid P5,000.
9 Hired 2 clinic staff: Jessie and James with monthly salary of P15,000 each.
10 Purchased medical supplies from Khey Villanueva amounting to P18,000 by paying cash 1/3 of
the total value and balance on account.
12 Rendered medical check-ups totalling P15,000, received in cash.
15 Received cash of P25,000 and a promissory note amounting to P50,000 for the services
rendered.
17 Paid PLDT for the business line and internet fee, P5,000.
21 Paid ½ of the balance to Khey Villanueva for the purchase of medical supplies.
Withdrew cash of P10,000 for personal use.
23 Supplies used, P6,750.
25 Rendered medical services to Maya Manpower Agency amounting to P20,000 received in cash.
27 Paid for rent and electric bill, P3,500 and P2,500, respectively.
30 Withdrew cash P7,000 from the business for personal use.
30 Paid the total balance to JohnD Furniture.
