    “THE EVIDENCE OF OUR INTERVIEW”
    Try to look around in your community and identify at
    Atleast three (3) oldest existing business and find time to
    ask the owner is the following question.
    Assignment:

    1. How did you start your business?


    - The business starting in small business to big business, you just need to be creative
    and hard working and giving my best even though its little hard to me to have a
    second branch here in Making Parang Maguindanao.

    2. In your opinion, is it important to have a plan?


    - Yes because we can't say what might happen in the future for our business.
    Because every business encounter lots of challenges and difficulties and hard work.

    3. What were your challenges encountered years of


    operations.
    - Fitting In. Figuring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be
    frustrating, Being Heard. It takes time to gain the trust of coworkers to get them on
    board with your ideas, Making Mistakes, Time Management.

    4. How did you overcome those challenges?


    - Observe and Decide: When you face a particular challenge, take a step away from
    your feelings to make a plan. While it's important to still feel your feelings, when
    deciding how to act, you want to be objective as possible. Face Fears and Act, and
    taking challenging time to manage my business.
