A. Objectives
a. By the end of the preparations, we will have a well-constructed sandwich that is not only appealing to the eye but with
well-balanced flavors that go well together and fresh ingredients that can add different textures when sandwich making

b. We will be able to be knowledgeable about what the different tools and equipment are and how to efficiently use them
while preparing this sandwich together with being able to follow safety guidelines and protocols in the kitchen

c. After all these preparations we will be able to make a sandwich that contains the main components in a sandwich such as
Bread, poultry, cheese, spreads/fillings, condiments, and several vegetables, which in the end makes a good and hearty
meal

DESCRIPTION OF THE SANDWICH


The “B-ready” sandwich is a very simple and tangy sandwich to make it something that can always be made on the go
whenever you’re ready, thus its name! It contains ingredients such as cream cheese and cheddar cheese, spinach,
tomatoes, egg, and chicken breast /ham since these are the main components and is topped off with some parsley and
basil to taste which completes this sandwich making it something that can make you ‘be ready’ for anything happening
in your day!
