CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This contract made and entered into this 8TH day of March 2022 by and between: PATRICK AARON P. LERIN,
Grade 11-ABM Colossians, having its school at Lyceum of Alabang INC. located at KM 30 National Road, Tunasan,
Muntinlupa City and the Janina Alain B. Diwata, Grade 11-ABM Colossians as the representative of the group.

RECITALS

The Janina Alain B. Diwata, as the representative of the group desires to contract with Patrick Aaron P. Lerin for
the discharge of his/her duties and responsibilities as a group member of the research group all as set forth herein.

Patrick Aaron P. Lerin, Grade 11-ABM Colossians, Lyceum of Alabang INC., Janina Alain B. Diwata, Grade 11-
ABM Colossians all acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this CONTRACT is to achieve outstanding results,
complied and finished all the needed requirements for this subject course, Practical Research 1 of the school year 2022-
2023 to the benefit of the parties and the school and all agree to cooperate to achieve the purpose of this contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to follows:

 To comply the assigned tasks given by the group leader;

 To reply to the messages given by the group leader as well as other group members;
 To proactively participate and collaborate to the research topic that the group are working
 Failing to cooperate, collaborate, not giving notice to the group to his whereabouts will results to be
evicted in the group as this contract is another chance for the party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Contract to be executed in accordance with
governing laws on the day and year first above written.
