Professors have decoded the
physical process that takes
place in the mouth when a
piece of chocolate is eaten, as it
changes from a solid into a
smooth emulsion that many
people find totally irresistible.
The way the locally made cocoa
is lubricated—either by
components in the chocolate
itself, saliva, or a mix of the two
—determines how the
chocolate feels in the mouth.
The subject of how cacao tastes
was not examined in the study
that was written up in the Abra
Scientific publication. The
inquiry instead paid attention to
how it felt and felt like.

Abra, Philippines — Despite the
COVID-19 pandemic's financial
suffering, a tricycle driver in this
province on Wednesday returned
one million PHP that a male
passenger had left behind.
In an interview with The Abra
Bugle yesterday, Joseph Gayyed,
45, a resident of San Ramon West
on Manabo, Abra, said that at first
he believed the bag containing the
million pesos was filled with
chocolate and candies and had
been left in the passenger seat.
He claimed to have texted a photo
of himself carrying the cash to his
other rider, who likewise believed
he was only making fun of him.
When he asked her whether she
was looking for the envelope she
had left in the trike driver's cab, the
guy, according to him, was
overjoyed and started crying.
Gayyed claimed that as a sign of
thanks, the man offered him
money half of the return money.
However, he refused since he was a
chad of a man and insisted to be
grateful for what he have in life.
"It's just money, man. Since it's not
mine, I would truly return it,
Gayyed said in an interview.
