    Assessment

    1. Do you think you have been effective in ALL conversations you’ve had? If yes, what
    strategies did you use? If no, how will you be able to be an effective speaker and avoid
    miscommunication?
    Answer: For me it is a no. I still need to improve my listening skills and I still need to pay
    attention on the person’s nonverbal signals.
