1. Our Strengths are serving tasty food.

Even though our branch is only in Leyte we will

create new dishes that will attract costumers. But since We are In Leyte we are serving
famous foods here in Leyte. We are also providing quality service since our staff and
workers are highly trained. But our weaknesses is that since our branch has just started, we
can't do Food deliveries.

2. Where: yung resto natin dapat nasa open space where people can see and enter it freely
Or in a public place para manotice natin

What do we want to accomplish? Dapat yung business natin marami na yung branch Isali
lng din natin na open na yung food deliveries but only on leyte lang muna

When? Kung ang ating business natin ay nag iimprove or nagiging off the charts na yung
sales natin. Para may pera na tayo na makacreate ng branch

3. for me dapat yung environment natin is not too crowded and not to tahimik. And dapat
yung place is that gusto ng mga tao na maka tikim ng new foods.

4. 1st alternative is that incase hindi gagana yung plano namin, we’ll try na mag advertise sa
business naming thru social media and at first bring promos like kung best costumer ka may
discount ka mga 30% maximum. But dapat yung ingredients natin ay cheap but sulit para sa
costumers natin.

Pero kapag hindi gagana yung discounts, try lang natin na mag free deliveries sa foods
without delivery fee and kung magkarate 5 stars na or something yung business natin ay
bigyan na natin ng kaunting fee yung delivery natin but dapat yung foods din natin ang
iimprove din.

6. 1st alternative is that yung cost is cheap lang dahil cheap lang din yung ingredients, but
para kasi sakin yung 2nd alternative is kinda risky dahil paglagyan na natin ng fee yung
delivery, baka kaunti lang yung stars na makukuha natin tas pag kaunti lang stars baka mag
think yung mga tao na mahina lng yung resto natin but pinili koto dahil may chance din na
mag iimprove yung resto natin so yeah it’s kinda like a gamble.
