return of the patriotic Nigerien to typical citizenship, Having a fine sense of civic responsibilities,
Loving work more than immodest distractions, Capable of social cohesion and loving peace. Make
the Cultural Renaissance possible and real, It means determining the best cultural policies, To boost
artistic creations and abilities, Sports, cultural and scientific youth. The Cultural Renaissance, source
of a consequent State, Catalyst of sovereignty and societal development, Ensuring the services of the
bases without slackening, And inculcating the culture of fundamental nationalism, With caring
leaders at its head, Protecting citizens and people’s resources Always willing to promote National
Unity, At the cost of all sorts of personal sacrifices.
