Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) is a prestigious university in China that offers the most language
programs in the country; it excels in the teaching and studying of foreign languages, foreign literature,
overseas sinology. Students have taken courses in areas such as Chinese language, East Asian studies, and
Comparative Literature.

Credit Equivalency: 40 Credits = 5.0 UofT FCE

Available Courses: Exchange students will teach in the Elementary Department or the Secondary
Department courses of foreign language, Canadian culture, or any related subject. Exchange students will
have access to courses in Chinese language, Chinese culture or related subjects, short home-stay, two culture-
related tours.

Housing: On-campus housing is guaranteed

Open to students enrolled in the Education and Society program at Victoria College only.
