Bonzo is a neo-bank in which they have their mobile app and pre-debit card in which they
provide debit services. People can use their cards to pay for anything with their money from
their Bonzo account. Bonzo helps their users to exchange currencies over 34 international
currencies without any fees. As they also provide basics like over-draft and current accounts.
When their first-time customers use it, they will have to pay by chip and pin but after a
certain amount of time, they can use their cards for contactless payments and online secured
payments. Bonzo helps to break down the customer's habit of spending too much without a
second thought due to which they provide such services which help the customers to save
their money. As the customers experience it results in good feedback. Bonzo is just a banking
firm or organization which they provide debit services through their debit card and has a
mobile app. Overall it's a type of online banking that is secure for customers' transactions all
over the world. They also provide currency exchange without any fees. Bonzo also includes
FSCS (financial service compensation scheme) an independent fund set up by the
government that gives an assurance to the people that they won't run out of pocket after the
bank is busted in any case. The government keeps all the money safe. The headquarters of the
company is in Scotland, England, United Kingdom. The founder of the company is 'Atharva
Cheriyal which was founded in 2020 by Atharva Cheriyal, Number of total employees right
now present in the firm is 800 people. As per the financial year 2022, the revenue generated
in that particular year is 47 million dollars which is a huge number. As the company served in
the online banking area. The company offers a debit card that can be used by customers and
their mobile app. According to the reports the company is still not listed on the stock
exchange. The purpose of this report is to show a detailed study of about Bonzo. What kind
of circumstances do they face and how do they execute their business strategies? To discuss

investors who are all the friends of the owner of the company. As my company is
independently built by the owner without any help or financial loans from other sources.
Today he owns (91%) of the stake in his company as the rest of the stake is owned by his
investors. They are virtually based platforms and intangible in nature. Accept their card they
don't have any physical form of service they provide. It saves the customer funds from being
used unnecessarily. People who love to travel around the world also have a problem with
currency exchange. So, they provide currency exchange without any kind of fees on it which
is reliable for most travelers around the world. As it's the first international debit card through
which money can be transferred from anywhere around the world. As they don’t apply any
kind of fees on international currency exchange. As they don't have any kind of fees on their
debit card or open an account on their mobile app. At last, their company is built for the
welfare of the society. Their Organisation works towards a better future for the people around
the world. The idea of making transactions around the world has become a reality because of
my organization. Before their organization came into existence the fees that applied for
international currency exchange were too high but now due to my organization people around
the world can have currency exchange without any kind of fees on it. As they want to connect
as many people as possible around the world.

 Strength: They provide an easy-to-use application to its users. As some of the users
are new to their applications as some of them may not even have used applications in
their whole life. If the app interface is easy to understand it attracts more customers to
the app. Bonzo's smart budgeting system allows its users to control their spending and
save money as much as possible. In case there is any hacker who breaches the security
of any user the Bonzo app will detect and notify the user quickly as possible. Their
users can benefit from (FSCM) deposit scheme which provides greater security for
their money and keeps their savings safe. Bonzo is always looking forward to
providing the best banking services they must satisfy their customers. Bonzo
exchanges the currencies and allows its user to do transactions anywhere around the
world with no charges, unlike traditional banks.
 Weakness: Bonzo is new to the market with almost 99% of people don't have
trust/faith in it. Users who still don't trust Bonzo head toward traditional banks where
they meet with bank staff and its manager because it's the nature of humans that it
supports the things which are represented in the best way possible to them. As
Bonzo's marketing is not conveyed through communication so most people still don't
know what Bonzo does exactly and how helps its users to save money as much as
possible. If a hacker hacks the accounts of any user, it is the responsibility of Bonzo to
help customers throughout the process and help them to recover their accounts. Due to

Bonzo, the customers receive their debit card which can be used to do transactions around

 Demographic Segmentation: Bonzo does not have any specific type of demographic that
they want to target their customers. But as it was recorded in the question-and-answer
section. Most of their user were from the age group of 25-34 range, which not was expected
at all. As many of them lived in developed and famous cities so they would have a decent
level of education and occupation. Before opening an account on Bonzo they have to submit
their documents and it was recorded that many people were opening their accounts in
Bonzo because they were going to travel around the world and need foreign exchange
currency for free many of them were men. A number of men were more than female.

data collection or any other source we came to know segmentation but here there is no data
related to behavioral segmentation.
 Psychographic segmentation: Bonzo does not need a specific type of customer. As they need
all types of customers to connect it. It wants to make a digital banking sector and keeps
people's life more at comfort. But based on the data collected it has been found that most
international travelers and businessmen are the part of bozos family.
 Target marketing: It has been seen day by day Bonzo family has been increasing rapidly as
more and more people are creating awareness about it. After a few years, we would
definitely see a huge number of people following Bonzo. As most of them right are
businessmen and travelers right now but these categories can change in the future.
Everybody of them supports Bonzo because they may really like the services which are
provided by Bonzo. It was not very for Bonzo to reach its customers as they were providing
services at a unique rate which was not possible for any other organization to provide that
