following acts:

1. To apply, acquire and purchase a lot/house and lot from P.A. ALVAREZ PROPERTIES AND
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue
of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at 1250 National Highway, Brgy.
Nueva, San Pedro, Laguna;

2. To sign and execute all documents as may be required by COMPANY to facilitate my/our
purchase of the said lot/house and lot, including but not limited to:
a. Reservation Agreement
b. Buyer’s Information and Interview Sheet
c. Contract to Sell
d. Deed of Absolute Sale;

3. To submit, sign, execute and deliver any and all documentary requirements for the purchase of
the said lot/house and lot in any of the financing scheme availed of, as well as issue, endorse,
deposit or deliver checks to facilitate the payment of all sums due in connection with the
purchase;

4. To apply for a housing loan and constitute the necessary mortgage on the lot/house and lot to be
purchased in order to ensure payment of said housing loan, if any, and to sign, execute and
deliver all documents as may be required by COMPANY and/or the chosen financing institution,
in order to facilitate the said loan application/ take out /mortgage, including but not limited to:

a. Promissory Note
b. Real Estate Mortgage
c. Deed of Assignment (with or without Special Power of Attorney)
d. Certificate of Acceptance
e. Contract to Sell
f. Deed of Absolute Sale
g. Deed of Reconveyance

5. To inspect the lot/house and lot being purchased from COMPANY and coordinate with the latter
regarding the finding/s therein, if any;

6. To accept the turnover of the lot/house and lot from COMPANY and to actually possess and/or
occupy the same in my/our behalf, as well as sign and execute the necessary undertakings
therefor, which would bind me/us if done personally;

7. To transact, sign, execute and file documents relating to amendments or revision of the above
contracts or documents, as well as requests for transfer of rights, transfer (downgrade/upgrade)

of unit, suspension of payment/s, refund, and/or change of financing scheme, among others,
which would bind me/us if executed, signed or requested in writing by me/us personally;
8. To receive, acknowledge and accept all correspondences and notices (including but not limited to
notices of demand, cancellation, documentary deficiency, delivery/move-in, etc.) pertinent to the
sale, possession and ownership of the lot / house and lot, such that receipt is deemed notice to
me/us;

9. To transact, request, sign and execute documents in connection with the reinstatement of my/our
past due account/s, availment of restructuring terms/program from COMPANY, as well as
execute all such documents necessary to effect the same (including but not limited to a
Restructuring Agreement, and any of similar import) which would bind me/us including the
payment terms, interest rates, due dates, among others, if and when required under the
prevailing circumstances;

10. To sign and execute such documents as may be necessary, as well as do and perform any and
other acts consistent with the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and
perform any or all acts necessary and proper to render effective the powers enumerated herein as though
I/we have so performed it and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he/she may do by virtue hereof with full
right of substitution of his/her person and revocation of this instrument.

I/WE FULLY CONSENT THAT THIS AUTHORITY SHALL BIND ME/US AND NAMED ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT, AND COMPANY IS HEREBY EMPOWERED TO COMPLETELY RELY ON THIS INSTRUMENT
GRANTING POWERS AND AUTHORITY TO HEREIN NAMED ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, UNLESS I/WE (A)
DIRECTLY PERFORM SUCH ACTS ON MY/OUR OWN, (B) REVOKE THIS AUTHORITY IN WRITING,
OR (C) SUBMIT A SUBSEQUENT AUTHORITY IN FAVOR OF ANOTHER.
