Memo of Evidence
I, Sudipto Biswas, aged about 43 years, S/O- Subhash Chandra Biswas am
resident of C-415, New Ashokenagar, P.S- New Ashoke Nagar, Delhi, Pin- 110096 do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows: -

1. That I am one of the petitioners of this case and I am well conversant


with this case. It is true to my knowledge and belief.

2. That we are both petitioners of this case are Hindu by religion and we
are socially married each other according to Hindu Rites & Customs. It is true to
my knowledge and belief.

3. That our marriage was solemnized socially according to Hindu customs


& Rights at 278, Bansgola, P.O- Murshidabad, P. S+ Dist- Murshidabad, W.B, Pin-
742149 on 20/06/2011 and therefore we stared living as Husband and wife at C-
415, New Ashoke Nagar, P.S- New Ashoke Nagar, Delhi, Pin- 110096. Out of their
wedlock one male child was born whose name is Mehul Biswas. It is true to my
knowledge and belief.

4. That after our marriage misunderstanding arose between us and


therefore, we started to residing separately from 30/10/20. It is true to my
knowledge and belief.
5. That there is no chance of reconciliation between ourselves as we
have not been able to live together and that they have mutually agreed that our
marriage should be dissolved. So, we are residing separately on mutual consent
since 30/10/20 and there is no relation remain between ourselves as Husband &
Wife. The petitioner Sudipto Biswas would be paying his son Mehul Biswas’s
monthly expenses Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) per month for his daily
life & medical expenses, school fees etc. after dissolving their marriage through
Divorce. It is true to my knowledge and belief.

6. That our Marriage tie is required to be dissolve by way of a decree of


Divorce U/S- 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on our mutual consent. It is
true to my knowledge and belief.

7. That there is no collision between ourselves & no other case pending


and no consideration money have been taken.

8. That There was is no improper or unreasonable delay in filling the


present suit.

9. That I pray to Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dissolve our marriage


tie between ourselves by way of a decree of Divorce U/S 13(B) of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955. It is true to my knowledge and belief.

Verification
I, Sudipto Biswas the deponent am hereby declaring

the best of my knowledge and belief and submission
