QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE FINAL ORAL TEST FOR EACH LEVEL

THIS IS THE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE STUDENTS WHICH MUST BE REVIEWED BEFORE TAKING THE
FINAL ORAL EXAM FOR EACH LEVEL.
THE TEACHER WILL ASK 10 QUESTIONS ANY OF THEM ACCORDING THE LEVEL, AND THE
STUDENTS MUST ANSWER THEM QUICKLY AND CLEARLY,
THE TEACHER WILL ASK THE STUDENTS TO DESCRIBE ANY OF THE THEMES THAT HAVE BEEN
STUDIED THROUGHT THE MODULE
THE TEACHER WILL DISPLAY ANY PICTURE AND THE STUDENTS MUST DESCRIBE EVERYTHING
ABOUT IT
MODULE I BOOK A1-A
QUESTIONS:

1. How are you today?


2. What is your last name?
3. How do you spell your name/last name?
4. How old are you?
5. Where are you from?
6. What is your marital status?
7. What is your occupation?
8. When is your birthday?
9. What is your date of birth?
10. What is your e-mail address?
11. What is your telephone number?
12. Who is your favorite actor/ actress /soccer player/ singer…etc and Why?
13. What is your favorite place to visit in Quito / Ecuador?
14. What time is it?
15. Where do you live?
16. What do you study?
17. Why do you study this career?
18. Who do you live with?
19. How many brothers and sisters do you have?
20. Can you play any musical instrument / swim / drive? etc

THEMES FOR SPEAKING


A. Describe your Daily Routine, (Use daily verbs, propositions, general vocabulary)
B. Describe about your Family, (Use verb in third person, general vocabulary, adjectIves, etc)
C. What do you usually do in your free time and weekends?
(Use verbs: like, love, don´t like, hate + ING…page 46 SB)

PICTURES
The teacher will display any picture and the student must describe everything about it.
MODULE II BOOK A1-B
QUESTIONS

1. What do you have in your room? (Use There is / There are / a / an /some / any)
2. Where were you last night / yesterday morning / last Saturday? …etc (Use past tense of to-be
WAS / WERE)
3. Were you a good student?
4. What were your favorite subjects at high school?
5. Who was you first teacher in school?
6. Who was you best friend?
7. What were your favorite TV programs when you were a child?
8. What did you do the last weekend? (Use regular and irregular verbs in past)
9. Where did you study the high school?
10. What are you wearing today? (Use vocabulary about clothing)
11. How often do you go to the movies to the beach, visit you parents?...
(Answer with frequency adverbs Ex once, twice a week, every week…etc)
12. What are you doing tonight, this Saturday, this weekend?...etc (Use ING for future plans)

THEMES FOR SPEAKING

A. What did you do on your last Holiday?


(Use regular and irregular verb in past, time expressions in past, general vocabulary)
B. Describe your neighborhood 10 years ago and now.
(Use there was / wasn´t, There were / weren´t, There is / isn´t, There are / aren´t, prepositions of
place: NEXT TO, IN FRONT OF, BETWEEN, BEHIND,.etc and vocabulary about PLACES)

PICTURES
The teacher will display any picture and the student must describe everything about it.
MODULE III BOOK A2-B
QUESTIONS:

1. What do you usually have for breakfast / lunch/ dinner? (Use some/any/a little/a few/ a lot of)
2. How much water do you drink every day?
3. How many hours do you study a day?
4. What is your favorite food?
5. What do you usually buy when you go shopping?
6. What did you do last night/weekend/Sunday? etc, (describe at least 5 activities in simple past)
7. Have you EVER swan / driven/ been / seen / eaten. etc
(The teacher will make any question with past participle verbs, and student have to answer in
negative with NEVER and past participle verb …list of verbs on page 176 SB)
8. Why do you study this career? (Use BECAUSE to answer and give information)

THEMES FOR SPEAKING

A. Describe an experience in your life


(Use verbs and expression in past, besides sequencers: FIRST, THEN, AFTER THAT,BEFORE..etc)
B. Describe about the person that you admire most.
C. What are you going to do tonight/this weekend/ next week/after class?..etc
(Use future BE+ GOING TO+VERB to describe your future plans)

PICTURES
The teacher will display any picture it may be about a person and the student must describe
him /her using verbs and vocabulary about physical characteristics ex page 86 SB).
MODULE IV BOOK B1-A
THEMES FOR SPEAKING

A. Describe everything about you best friend (Use adjectives about physical characteristics and
personality and general vocabulary, see page 4 and 5 SB)
B. Describe the teacher: What you do when you are stressed.
(see vocabulary and verbs on page 42 SB)
C. PREDICTIONS: Use of WILL / MIGHT-MAY and WON´T (The teacher will display at that moment
some examples and the student must answer)
D. SHOULD / SHOULDN´T FOR ADVICE (The teacher will display different situations and the
student must give an advice according the situation

PICTURES
The teacher will display any picture and the student must describe everything about it.
NOTA: A los estudiantes que terminan el MOD IV, se les hará preguntas desde el MOD I, es decir
es ACUMULATIVO
