This study represents the introduction, statement of the problem, Theoretical framework,

Conceptual framework, Assumption of the study, Significance of the study, scope and limitations

of the study and definition of terms

Introduction
The human skin is an amazing and complex organ that plays vital role in our overall

health and well being, It requires an equally impressive level of care to maintain its optimal

condition and appearance 8 out of 10 people here in Philippines using different products to

beautify and maintain a beautiful complexion, This is where brilliant skin care comes in.

Brilliant skin care is a specialized range of products and treatments designed to help maintain the

skin's natural balance, providing nourishment, hydration, and protection.

Brilliant skin care products come in a variety of forms, from creams and serums to

lotions, balms, and cleansers. Each product is formulated with specifically chosen ingredients to

target specific skin concerns, such as blemishes, wrinkles, sun damage, dryness, or sensitivity. In

addition, these products often contain antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to help protect the

skin and promote cellular regeneration and repair.

This study will discuss the key components of brilliant skin care on how effective and

good it is to our unpleasant skin. In the 1987 constitution of the republic of the Philippines article

XIV, section 18 (2) states that: “The State shall encourage and support research and studies on

the arts and culture.:

Statement of the problem

The product of brilliant beauty has become popular these days. The quality of a brilliant

skin is more effective to the consumers. This study aims to know the effectiveness of brilliant

beauty products to the selected ABM Students. The main objective of our research is to

investigate the following:

1. Profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Name

1.2 Age

2. The possible results to unpleasant skin

3. Significant association in the costumers behavior in purchasing brilliant beauty

products

Theoretical Framework

The Theoretical framework of this study was based on consumers behavior theories from

various authors. For example according to Kotler and Keller (2010) cultural, social and personal

factors affect consumer behavior and these issues discussed in literature review. Theoretical

formation related to the scope of this thesis was also presented by Solomon, Bomossy,

Askegaard and Hogg (2010) as well as Noel (2012) among others.
