AMMENDMENT TO RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION

(EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION NO.: REC/2023/01)

In pursuant to Gazette Notification No. 18-Emp(EC)/LABR-27011(20)/1/2020-EC dated 07.02.2023, the reserved vacancies under UR, UR(EC)
and UR(ExS) in the Employment Notification No. REC/2023/01 are modified in the following manner to accommodate the reservation for
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates as per stipulation, keeping the reserved vacancies for other Caste Categories unchanged:

The reservation for the EWS candidates will be guided by the above stated Gazette Notification read with Memo No. 325-PAR(AR)/3P-1/2019 dated
09.07.2019, issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
In this respect, the General category candidates, who have already submitted their online application in the portal, will be required to edit their application
form regarding the status of EWS, if applicable, from 20.05.2023 to 21.05.2023. For this purpose, the application portal will be open for the General category
candidates on the said dates for editing the relevant particulars. If any candidate does not modify the application form, it will be assumed that he/she
does not belong to EWS category. No further claim in this regard will be entertained.
