1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

This document defines the steps to be followed in packing operations in order to check its
accuracy, adequacy and effectiveness, and thereby ensure perfect package.
Applicable to all product types of acrylic fiber and yarn.

2. WORKING INSTRACTION

1. Before starting work check for the cleanliness of the machine area. There should not be any
water, oil or chemicals spilled on the floor.
2. Clean the machine properly by using appropriate cleaning materials (air, clothes or waste
yarn) if necessary.
3. Set and check all electrical and mechanical parts of machine properly. This shall be done by
authorized person .setting and checking is strictly for bidden by unauthorized person.
4. Prepare the hanks ready for the packing pressing.
5. Lay down the woven poly bag at the bottom of pressing zone
6. Close the doors of each side.
7. Exactly counting the no of polybag putted in machine (.i.e.20 pcs of polybags and each is 5kg
and totally 100kg was pressed in the machine).
8. Press down the yarns using down button
9. Press up the yarns using up button
10. Lay down the woven poly bag at the top of pressed yarn.
11. Open the door of each side
12. Tie the pressed bale using 2.5mm black binding wire.
13. Pull out the bale from the machine
14. Repeat the cycle.
