To whom it may concern

The first impression that one forms of Aditya Chhetri is that, of a person
endowed with technical soundness and intelligence to put it to optimum use. He
combines intelligence with imagination and this consequently makes him good
in all things practical. It would be right to say that with qualities like dedication
and hard work already present in him, he is bound to go places.

I taught him Cryptography & Network Security,Software Engineering and

Design & Analysis of Algorithm. I would easily rate him as one of my best
students and someone who used to always complete assignments on time. These
5 adjectives best describe his strengths: organised, efficient, ambitious, quick-
learner, competent. He has a good logical reasoning ability and will always try
to solve complex problems efficiently. His abundant enthusiasm and excellent
etiquette made him both self-confident and independent, and has a great sense
of humour that has helped him form strong relationships with peers, and
members of our staff.

An eager and keen student in grasping new concepts, he has been regularly
keeping himself up-to-date about latest developments in his key interest areas,
namely Blockchain and E-Commerce (having started an internet-based start-
up).

He helped me in writing lecture notes on one of the topics in Cryptography &

Network Security, and I am very much impressed with his work. He completed
Computer Graphics with the highest grade A, among 160 students in the class.

Without restricting to academics he has also been an active part in

extracurricular activities, especially contributing wholeheartedly to the
community. He actively participated in EDC(Enterpreneurhip Development
Cell) and an integral part in conducting many events for EDC. Attending
spiritual classes at the Kagyu Buddhist Monastery and regularly donating blood
and playing an active role in organising blood donation camps, Aditya has
always placed great emphasis on giving back to society. I am also aware that
when he was in SMIT he helped initiate a program to help children resident in
government-run orphanages where he took up the responsibility of collecting
money from all the students before donating the collections.

I am confident that he has undiminished zeal for higher academic pursuits. With
his self-confidence and intellectual ability, he will excel in graduate studies and
I recommend him to be awarded an assistantship to enable him to pursue further
studies from your esteemed university. I wish him all the best in his future
endeavours.
With Best Regards,
