My name is Sam. I have been a member of our exercise club since I was a
freshman at National Economics University.
I am writing to give my honest suggestions regarding your previous email that I
have got.
As announced, our club need money for refurbishing the old building soon.
Honestly, I am contented to hear the news. Since the building is going to be in
deplorable condition for ages so it needs to be renewed.
Thus, I would venture several suggestions. Firstly, the best course of action would
be to raising funds from sponsors and donors who are agreeable/ willing to donate/
support/ contribute to our renovation plan. Concerning the second one, I opine that
it is not feasible to get the membership fee raising as most of/ the majority
customers of the club are students. Therefore, they can not afford the fee.
Additionally, we can asked local authorities for help.
