THE MONEY JUDGMENT

TO: DANIEL QUILANTANG

GREETINGS:

In compliance with the writ of execution issued by this Honorable Court commanding the
undersigned Sheriff to cause the execution of money judgment in the above-entitled case, we are
therefore earnestly urging you to satisfy the amount of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED FIFTEEN (Php18,315.00) PESOS together with the lawful fees for the service of
this execution within ten (10) days from receipt hereof.

Afore-quoted amount is your total judgment obligation representing the following, to wit:

P 15,000.00 - judgment obligation(total remaining Claim of the plaintiff)

600.00 – interest accumulated at 6% p.a. for 8 mos.
P 15,600.00 - interest and amount due on P15,000.00 for 8 mos..
at 6% per annum reckoned from November 2007
(date of judicial demand) until July of 2018
(date of issuance of writ) – plus
2,715.00- litigation expenses
P 18,315.00- total amount of money judgment

In relation thereto, FORMAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle your
obligation the soonest possible time, preferably within TEN (10) days from receipt hereof.
Otherwise, we shall be left without option but to levy upon your properties of every kind and
nature whatsoever which may be disposed of for value. After execution is actually levied upon
any of your property, the same will be sold to public auction and the proceeds thereof will be
applied to the full satisfaction of the judgment obligation.
