Our vision is to become “The most comfortable and instagramable coffee shop in the
Philippines”

MISSION

Our mission is to gather all coffee lovers in one place where they can find the most delicious yet
affordable coffee and drinks in the Philippines. We want to share the experience to the society
that they can drink coffee and have fun in a classic but cheap coffee shop.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Cafe shop is a local company that builds by a group of friends. So we came up to this idea to
know the fact what people want. In order to sell products really well to gain more profit that we just
expected. We decided to have a good relationship to other customers and to have a cooperation and
proper communication to us. Our responsibility is to give them 100% trust to our products we sell that
we need to encourage them. A coffee shop or café is an establishment that primarily serves coffee of
various types like espresso, latte, and capuccino. Some coffeehouses may serve cold drinks such as iced
coffee and iced tea. A coffeehouse may also serve food such as light snacks, sandwiches, muffins, fruit or
pastries. Cafe shop range from owner-operated small businesses to large multinational corporations.
Some cafe shop chains operate on a franchise business model, with numerous branches across various
countries around the world.

Cafe shop is located at the Golden Sta. Rosa Laguna, inside of the Jollibee. You can like our facebook

Target Market

- It shows here that our target market all about. So, we put 45% to adults because most of adults want
to drink coffee, 30% to teenagers, 20% to others and also 5% to children. Our target market is to those
people who loves a coffee and also dessert.

- Another way to plan strategy is use the kind of technique to help a person of an organization to
identify the swot analysis.

Products/Services

Products Overview
The Cafè primary offering is gourmet roasted coffees with such varieties such as mocha,
caramelicious, white mocha, candy bar latte, and brewed coffee. Complementing the coffee will
be a smoothie line including wild berry, strawberry, peach, mango and lemonade. Rounding out
the simple menu line will be pastries obtained with an outside supplier, freshly made and
delivered daily. The pastry offerings may vary with seasonality but the primary line will muffins,
breads, cookies, scones, and rolls.

Competitive Comparison
The research methodology is based on unique coffee shops/cafes in the greater metro area and
omits larger chains or franchises. The findings reveal eight unique competitors.

Management Aspect

This chapter tackles about the entire organizational arrangement of the business.
The management suggest a clear and precise identification of duties and responsibilities, flow
of authority and manpower level requirement. This contains the organizational chart and the
qualification of the people involved the formation of the business organization structure. It
must be set up aimed at optimum effectiveness. To attain this management must be able to
plan all activities for the company to become dynamic and competitive business over and done
with human resources, financial capability and new technologies.

Forms of Ownership

This type of this ownership will be sole proprietorship. Sole proprietorship type of
business organization is one which is owned and run by an individual and where there is no
legal distinction between the owner and the business.

Advantages of a Sole Proprietorship

-A sole proprietor has complete control and decision making power over the business.

-Sale or transfer can take place at the discretion of the sole proprietor.

-No corporate tax payments.

-Minimal legal cost to forming a sole proprietorship.

-Few formal business requirements.


Disadvantages of a sole Proprietorship

-The sole proprietorship of the business can be held personally liable for the debts and
obligators of the business. Additionally the risk extends to any liabilities incurred as a result of
acts commited by employees of the company.

-All responsibilities and business decisions fall on the shoulders of the sole proprietor.

-Investors won’t usually invest sole proprietorship.
