GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that on the 21 st of January, 2019, a writ of execution was issued
by this Honorable Court, a copy of which is hereto attached, commanding the Sheriff to cause
the execution of judgment in the above-entitled case by ordering the defendants and all persons
claiming and/or deriving right of material possession from them to vacate the disputed premises
described in the complaint and peacefully turn over possession thereof to plaintiff.

In connection thereto, you and all persons claiming rights under you are hereby given a
reprieve of fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof to PEACEABLY VACATE from the said
premises and to VOLUNTARILY REMOVE all your improvements therefrom. Otherwise, and
much to our regret, we will be constrained to implement the writ of execution issued by this
Honorable Court by employing such means as may be reasonably necessary in accordance with
the provisions of the Rules of Court.

decision of this Honorable Court.
