NARATIVE REPORT

The College of Hospitality Management held a pilot inspired webinar episode of

season 3 of Inspire to Aspire with a theme “Geared towards Success”. A two days
program which happened last December 6, 2021 and December 13, 2021.

A seminar is an event led by an experts event management team, Ms. Alyanna Mae
Delco Aballa and Ms. Jhiwel Myree Puying. The said event focuses on the speaker’s
journey towards their success. Speakers shared their experiences and expertise on
how they handle all the barriers they encountered to be successful as who they are
now.

The first day of seminar was talked with the speakers Ms. Shirley S. Dalipe, an
associate Technical Specialist and Mr. John Michael Devera a BSHM Iscof Dingle
Campus Alumnus. The 2 speakers on that day shared to the students on how they
achieve their goals in life and how they carry out all the problems they encountered.
An educational and interactive webinar for the students. This event was supposed to
the students to improved and awaken their minds and provide an opportunities for
all. It was done to remind that barriers can’t stop what we want to do in order to
succeed.

Mr. Kevin E. Montinola a Buffet Attendant of MSC Cruises and Mr. Christopher John
D. Pamotillo from BPO Company was the final two speakers of our Inspire to Aspire
webinar series aired last December 13, 2021 still handled with the same event
management team. The speakers shared their own journey and how they achieve
success and enjoy their jobs. The two days program revolve about speakers
experiences and share knowledge with the students. They not just encouraged the
students but also to inspired and motivate them to continue fulfilling their dreams
and do not let any barriers break it. Motivation, Perseverance and trusting or
believing in self will led us into our successful outcomes.

The online webinar was done using social media platforms just like Google meet and
fb live in order for the students to still learn besides of what the new normal we have
today. In addition on that, the event management team make the webinar more fun
and exciting as they prepared a raffle draw for all the students who joined and
participated on the said events. It was done to know who among gave thier full
cooperation and attended on the two days program. With some mobile loads and
other sponsored prizes, the students feels the excitements and gave their full
cooperation not just for this bonus entertainment but also to learn and gain some
knowledge to be used in the future.
