Please be informed that all visa application must be supported by the documents:

CHECK LIST
Passport; must be valid at least 6 months from travel date.
(2 copies – only pages which contains bearer's photo & particulars
and the passport's expiry date)

Application form for visa (Imm.47) in duplicate duly completed along

with 2 recent photos of applicant affixed therein.
(note: visa form both side must be in one page)

2 copies of valid Iqama & Exit/Re-entry Permit into the Kingdom.

Original + 1 copy of Saudi sponsor’s letter (in English) confirming

the following;
- Name
- Nationality
- Passport No;
- Profession
- Salary per month
- Validity of contract with the company/sponsor
- Family details if accompanied (name, nationality, passport no. relationship)
Original + 1 copy of invitation letter from Malaysia, i.e. company /
**/family / friend - (for training/business/visiting relatives only)

** copy of family member’s passport/Malaysia’s Work Permit/Student

Permit/Pass approved by the Malaysian Immigration Department.

** copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

2 copies of flight confirmed reservation (s).

2 copies of hotel reservation/ booking

1 copy of bank statement (most recent) for social visit/studying.

(NOT required if your salary is more than 5,000/- a month.)

Original + 1 copy of an approval letter for Foreign Student

Studying in Malaysia issued by the Malaysian Immigration
Department (only for foreign student who will be studying
in Malaysia)

Visa Fee (in cash/exact amount please): **SR ….00/single entry & multiple entry)

Other supporting document(s) may be required depending on the case:
