Reflection of the week

Week 4
In this week, I learned that every human in this world have some different attitudes,
feelings, behaviors, and thoughts of individuals in the social situation. Although we have the
capacities separately, keep in mind that all three work together to produce human experience.
Behaviors of a person is a way of life because I know, behavior is the mirror in which everyone
shows their image.

Week 5
In this week, I learned that all living things in this world have a stages of life and all of us
must survive in every angle of our life. We face many problems since we are born until we will
past away. In every stage we have different problem to be solved so should understand the
developing process of human so we need to accept our past without regrets, handle our present
with confidence and face our future without fear.

Week 6
In this week I learned that we need to manage our stress, not only for our health but also
in order to us to be happier and less sad because when we manage our stress, we experience less
frustration with life’s challenges, decreased worries about the future and have an improved sense
of well-being. Stress are here on us always but the greatest weapon against stress is our ability to
choose one thought over another.
