Activity 15

1. Write a short reaction paper about That Sugar Film Documentary.

I already know that eating often sugar is bad but when i watch the film, i'm seriously regret
eating sugar. The film realize me more clearly about sugar based foods and i take a deep
breathe thinking how can i reduce eating sugar although sweets are my favorite. On it's better
recommendations, in my opinion, that has less ‘technicality’ i would encourage other people to
eat five serves of vegetables a day, two serves of fruit per day and aim for the majority of their
diet come from foods that are unprocessed (meat, nuts, seeds, legumes and high fibre grains)
especially my family.
