Mechanical Maintenance Engineer of 2x50 MW Thermal Power Plants of CFBC Boiler &
Turbine.
Maintenance of CFBC boiler of High Pressure (110 kg/cm2 operating) Water Tube Boilers.
Air Compressors ,Instrument air compressor (Screw element type compressor Make –
(KIRLOSKAR ,ELGI, CHICAGO PNEUMATIC ) Preventive maintenance & overhauling .
Bed ash cooler,Rotary ash cooler & all ash handaling system maintenance work .
Maintaining history records of any failure, breakdown and spare analysis for the prevention of
reoccurring of that fault.
Daily maintenance report and official documentation like office and approval notes.
Weekly Review meeting Conducting with plant heads. Decision about manpower utilization,
costing & major breakdown.
