CODE OF ETHICS FOR EMPLOYEES

The . group believes that honesty integrity and fair play are fundamental asses in,
business .Thus it is vital to insure that dishonesty, disloyalty or corruption dose not tarnish
its image nor bring loss to the group

The group has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. this policy extends
to all the employees of the group . All employees should read and understand this code of
ethics, uphold these standards in day to day activities and comply with its policies. We are
committed to continuously reviewing and updating our polices and therefore this of ethics
can be subject to modification.

The group prohibits its employees from receiving any amount of money or loan directly or
indirectly from any persons or entity.

The group prohibited its employees from receiving gifts, hospitality or expenses of any
nature which could influence the outcome of any business transaction.

Exception: during Diwali when it is customary to give gifts, an employee an receive


sweets, floweers or a gift. However the value of the gift should not exceed Rs: 800/-
(Eight Hundred Only).

The group prohibits emplyees from taking money / gifts in order to recommed / get the
employment in the group.

Employees of the group pften come in contact with, or have possession of, confidential or
sensitive information, and must take steps to ensure that such information is strictly safe
guarded.

Employees will not share business information / company or its customer’s designs and
data with anyone. If found sharing company or its customers data / designs with others the
employee will not only be liable foe termination but also for criminal prosecution.

All employees should read and understand the mentioned code of ethics and must strictly
adhere to it. Any breach of the code may lead to termination of employment without
notice and the group will have all rights to take legal / criminal action in such cases.
