I used to believe that a professional certificate was nothing more than a piece of

paper that needed to be studied and used to fulfill experiences, qualities, and skills.
But in our society, one of the most significant facts is that almost every employer
may expect that their staff have a certificate, not only of their experiences and
education. In the meantime, I am clearly aware that the certificate shows how
much they are worthy.

A professional certification is a credit that verifies someone's knowledge, skills,

and abilities to perform a specific job and complete related industry training. Even
though I had no desire to learn new things, I did complete the requirements for my
working skills when I was on the career runway because earning certifications is
generally useful and recommended, as many employers will view them as a sign of
commitment to my profession fields. One benefit of earning the professional
certification is that it allows me to maximize my potential and capacity in my
workloads. And then the professional certificate can help us to get applying a job
in today’s competitive job market.

I used to be an educational student who believed that nothing could be learned

once I graduated from university and began working in the working field, but I
eventually changed my career and became a person who supports the community's
needs in the educational and social fields. While working, I consider what I truly
require. To meet my requirements, I simply need to learn about project
management as soon as possible. However, I had already learned about educational
management during my university days; I simply needed to know how to use
management tools and manage projects for application in my working fields
related to social work because I am the responsible one who initiates projects in
my teams.
Here are lots of expectations after joining this program: how to manage the
project, how to handle the conflicts and problems, how to manage scope, cost and
schedule, how to deliver the objectives to the audiences. As a person working in
the organization, I am really contributing the knowledge that I get from this course
and sharing others the pros and cons to join this program. s
