In the recent years the air pollution is becoming more and more severe, we
can feel the warning of air pollution. Acid rain began as a result of air pollution In the
air there exists carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide. that kind of gas is acidic, because
when carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide gas mixes with the water vapor in the sky it
will become acid rain. The carbon dioxide comes from our daily life. For example, we
need to drive the car, we need to use air condition, when we eat, when we drink,
also when we breathe all will produce carbon dioxide and other nitrogen oxide. The
formation of sulfuric acid and nitric acid droplets the main reason is from human, the
burning of coal and petroleum is the main causes of acid rain. The most often hear is
acid rain or acid deposition, acid rain, or acid deposition, is a broad term that
includes any form of precipitation with acidic components, such as sulfuric or nitric
acid that fall to the ground from the atmosphere in wet or dry. This can include rain,
snow, fog, hail or even dust that is acidic. (What Is Acid Rain?)
people sick and lose energetically. Indoor farming is becoming more popular with
the advent of novel technologies that enable crops to grow in climate-controlled
environments (“Joe, Melinda. ”). In enclosed spaces such as brick-and-mortar
factories, crops are grown on multilayer shelves a method which saves space. In
addition, indoor farming keeps pests out, thus eliminating the need for pesticides
(“Taking It Indoors.”). In my experiment green bean is easy to be affected by the
acid, acid rain even can make the plant die, so indoor farming can solve this
problem.
Indoor farming is a method of growing crops or plants, usually on a large
scale, entirely indoors. This method of farming often implements growing methods
such as hydroponics and utilizes artificial lights to provide plants with the nutrients
and light levels required for growth(“Indoor Farming.”). The indoor farming use LED
light to imitate sunlight. The LED light can shine for 24 hours in a day, so plant can
grath all day, they don’t use soil to plant it, they use hydroponic to plant it. This kind
of the farming use aeroponics to mist the roots of our greens with nutrients, water,
and oxygen. It uses a computer to control plant growth, make plant growth in the
management and the best growth cycle. Smart Pest Management, every aspect of
our growing process has been optimized to minimize and mitigate pest proliferation.
In addition to our controlled, indoor environment, our growing methods disrupt the
normal life cycle of common indoor pests so that they never get started(“AeroFarms
Technology.” ). This way to plant the food can be more safety and solve the lack of
space to plant. Those little technique can solve the time to plant, can savle time to
plant, can decrease the probability of a plant being infected with a virus, relatively
this new technology can produce considerable vegetables, so this technique can
bring huge economic benefits.
This technology also has weaknesses, the weaknesses is it will make the
traditional market lose lot of income. It will make traditional planter, growers or
farmers lose their work, because indoor famering use computer to control and the it
has fixed management to plant, so they don’t need to use many people to control it
and they don’t need to irrigate everyday and it also don’t need to worry about natural
disaster. The other weaknesses is on the plant, use hydroponic to plant the

vegetables the volume will less than plan in the soil, in the hydroponic plant lack of
some nutrition, because in the soil has many different minerals and nutrient, those
thing can make the plant produce more nutrient. This technology connect global
factor the indoor famering technology solve some environmental problem like wind
disaster, flood, disaster, virus, locust disaster, etc. Indoor famering will be future
trend, when some where has disaster or in the future has the air pollution, water
pollution, other pollution of the environment this technology will be the necessary
technology for people to survive.
