Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a grievance that I have been facing with State Bank of
India, City Branch, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. I am a student of Symbiosis University, Indore,
pursuing MBA – BFSI in final year. I had taken a loan for my course from the bank, and I am
currently in my final semester. However, the bank has not yet disbursed the loan amount
for my 4th-semester fees of Rs. 168,000, even though I have been requesting them to do
so for the past two months.

The bank has been providing me with excuses and delaying the process, which has caused
me severe financial and mental distress. Due to the bank's fault, the university has charged
me a penalty of Rs. 6,000 for late payment of fees. Therefore, I demand the payment of late
fee from SBI. Also, a compensation should be provided by SBI for their irresponsible and
casual behavior that such incidents do not be repeated with other customers who trust their
time to the Bank.

I have complied with all the procedures required by the bank and have submitted all the
necessary documents. However, the bank is not taking any action to resolve the issue. This
delay in disbursing my loan amount has caused me significant financial and mental distress.

Therefore, I would like to file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman against State Bank
of India, City Branch, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. My account number with the bank is
40773406060. I hope that you will look into the matter and take appropriate action against
the bank.

I request you to expedite the process of disbursing my loan amount to me and ensure that I
receive the amount without any further delay. I hope that you will take strict action against
the bank and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
Shubham Mishra
