Today is my last day working at Human Initiative.

It has been 11 years and 11

months that I joined and worked with Human Initiative. Together with the Human
Initiative, I contribute to helping beneficiaries or individuals, families, groups, and
communities who need assistance. Began my career as a community development
staff at the Human Initiative Bengkulu branch office. Carrying out activities of
planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting community
development programs in Bengkulu province. Exploring the city and district areas in
Bengkulu with colleagues in the community development sector.

In 2013, it began to expand the reach of community development programs in the

city of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra. For the first time, a sub-branch office was
opened in Lubuklinggau. The areas covered are the city of Lubuklinggau, Musirawas
Regency, and North Musirawas Regency. Providing social services in the form of
community development in the health sector such as mobile community health
services. Creating a clean water pipeline program and education about clean water
and clean and healthy living habits. Providing scholarship assistance and mentoring
for children to continue their studies.

December 2016, I continued the community development program in North Sumatra.

We have visited nearly 33 regencies/cities and distributed community development
programs more broadly. For 2 years my team and I explored many districts and
cities. Partner with many institutions and companies. Conduct surveys,
assessments, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and
program sustainability. Starting from the city of Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang district,
Langkat regency, Tebing Tinggi district, Pematang Siantar city, Simalungun regency,
Samosir, Karo, Humbas, and so on.

January 2019 to December 2022 I carry out various main tasks and functions at the
Human Initiative head office. Starting to run the partnership program in 2019, CSR
Manager for 2019-2020, Partnership Development Senior Specialist in 2021, and
finally as the program and partnership squad leader in 2022.

This is my journey with Human Initiative for 11 Years and 11 Months. Relatively not a
moment to track the usefulness and work. There is still a lot that I need to fix and
improve again to benefit a wider range of people. I am very aware that my
contribution to society is still small through the Human Initiative. Explore various
provinces, districts, and cities throughout Indonesia. I have learned many things from
all these experiences. Meet lots of people from different ethnic, religious, racial,
cultural backgrounds. Growing up with the diversity of languages, customs, cultures,
and environments. Affirming that Indonesia is even more beautiful and sharing.
My thanks go out to all the Board of Directors of the Prima Initiative Foundation, the
Board of Directors of the Human Initiative and the ranks of General Managers,
Managers, supervisors, staff, partners, and Human Initiative volunteers around the
world. Sorry, I convey my permission to say goodbye and resign from the institution
that I and we love together. Grow and develop together in joy and sorrow. Tracing
humanity for those who need help. Continue to fly high and continue to trace
humanity more broadly for the Human Initiative and all its stakeholders. Greetings
