Paolo Guerrero, the computer information systems technologist at Garcia-Hidalgo Insurance Company, was
responsible for making an inventory of his company’s hardware. He learned that the company had 75
laptops, 159 PCs, 27 printers, 59 handheld PDA computers, 238 cellphones, and 46 digital cameras.

To write his inventory report, Angelo needs to use visual aids of the above data. Present this information in
three different kinds of graphics:

c. Pie chart

Marielle Santos is the human resource manager at Amity Industries–the world’s largest wholesaler of frozen
food. Hannah and her management team are concerned about the company’s hiring trends. A prospective
employee complained about the discriminatory hiring practices at Amity.

To prove that the company has not practiced discriminatory hiring practices, Hannah has studied the last
ten year’s hires by age. She found that in 2002, the average age per employee was 48; in 2003, the average
age was 51; in 2004, the average age was 47; in 2005, the average age was 52; in 2006, the average age
was 45; in 2007, the average age per employee was 47; in 2008, the average age was 42; in 2009, the
average age was 39; in 2010, the average age rose to 42; in 2011 and 2012, the average age fell to 29 and
30 respectively (due to a large number of early retirements).

What type of visual aid should Hannah use to convey this information? Create as many appropriate visual

Create an Organization Chart of your Barangay Officials; this includes the Barangay Captain, the Barangay
Councilors, the SK Charmain, and the Barangay Secretary and Treasurer. For this part of your exam, you
can either have it drawn manually on paper or create a collage on your devices. You can choose whichever
you think is convenient for you. I would appreciate it if you could provide a photo of your Barangay
Officials.
