MALIGAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL-MAIN CONTIGENCY PLAN

FOR SCHOOL LOCKDOWN

I. INTRODUCTION
Maligaya Elementary School-Main will start a limited Face-to-Face on March
7, 2022. The school must prepare and plan to secure the health of all the learners
inside the school. This contigency plan will be used once an individual tested positive
inside the school vicinity.

II. OBJECTIVE/S:
 Provide guidance on teachers and parents in managing a CoVId patient
inside the school premises.
 Provide flow chart of the contact tracing and quarantine system.
 Guidelines and workflow for a school lockdown.

V. SCHOOL LOCKDOWN GUIDELINES

- If the result of the antigen test is negative, the school will

continue to let learners go to school but with restricted
guidelines that must be follow.

- But if the suspected Covid patient tested positive, the school

will announce immediately for a school lockdown and wil
conduct immediate disinfection inside the school premises.

- The school will be locked for 10-15 days and will wait for
further announcement.

- The school will be monitored and guarded by the barangay

officials while the school is on lockdown.

- After the lockdown, the teachers and staffs will ensure first that
the school is ready for re-opening.
