I. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 12:25, after lunch by SPG Adviser Mrs. Lilibeth
Allam

II. Opening Prayer

The meeting was started with a prayer led by SPG treasurer Miana Shaira Catembung

III. Checking of Attendance

There were 7 SPG officers and 6 representatives present during the meeting

IV. Words of Welcome

The SPG adviser welcomed those who were present during the meeting. Also Mr.
Romel M. Tarun, the school principal also shared his insights about Leadership and how to be
a good leader.

V. Presentation of Agenda

 Duties and responsibilities of SPG officers as stated from the by-laws.

 Other matters

VI. Discussion of Agenda by Lilibeth E. Allam, SPG Adviser

SPG Auditor, Prince Rod Matias read the agenda and followed by the SPG Adviser
Lilibeth E. Allam who discussed about the duties and responsibilities of SPG Officers.

Other matters include the projects and activities in the school.

The meeting ended at 1:10 in the afternoon.

Mrs. Lilibeth E. Allam explained the agenda after the SPG President, Rheiana
Cammagay had read it.

After the officers had agreed to the recommendations and suggestions by their
adviser, the meeting adjourned at 4:10 in the afternoon.
