 Company Profile
ByDjie Coffee was founded in 2020 in Bandung, West
Java, with a focus on selling roast bean coffee and green
bean coffee which is distributed to coffee shops or
individuals in Bandung. After going through company
research and development, ByDjie Coffee focuses on
selling green bean coffee in larger quantities and
distributing more widely with targets national and
international markets to be able to reach a wider range
of consumers.

Until now, ByDjie Coffee has been able to distribute on

a national to international scale in three countries
Malaysia, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. in the
future, ByDjie Coffee will continue to reach a wider range
of consumers and always maintain product quality to the
taste of coffee in each cup of coffee to maintain
consumer trust.

 Syarat & Ketentuan
Permintaan barang diatas kuantiti (1 ton) wajib menyerahkan
Letter of Interest (LoI) atau Surat Minat barang ke alamat email
ByDjie Coffee.
Konfirmasikan kembali kepada pihak kami lewat nomor yang
sudah tertera jika akan memesan atau sudah mengirimkan Surat
Minat barang.
Permintaan sample green bean kopi harus menghubungi pihak
kami, sample green bean akan diberikan sebesar 300 gram dan
ongkos kirim ditanggungg oleh pembeli
Transaksi minimal 1 ton wajib memiliki kesepakatan tertulis yang
dituangkan dalam Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) antara
kedua belah pihak.
Ketentuan pembayaran dalam transaksi terbagi menjadi 3 termin
(30% - 70 % - 100% dari total nilai transaksi) yaitu Down Payment
sebesar 30%, lalu ketika barang akan dikirim sebesar 40%, dan
pelunasan ketika barang sudah sampai di tujuan sebesar 30%.
Total keseluruhan menjadi 100% dari total nilai transaksi.
Harga dalam pricelist ini akan mengalami fluktuasi dan harga
akan tetap hanya dalam 1 kontrak kerjasama atau per transaksi
Estimasi waktu dari mulai pemesanan hingga pengiriman akan di
informasikan ketika kesepakatan sudah tercapai.

 Term & Condition
Requests for green bean coffee in minimum quantity 1 ton must
submit a Letter of Interest (LoI) to ByDjie Coffee's email address.
Confirm back to us via the number of PIC ByDjie Coffee if
already to order or have sent the Letter of Interest.
Requests for green bean coffee samples must contact us, 300
grams of green bean samples will be provided and the shipping
fee will be borne by the buyer
Transactions of at least 1 ton must have a written agreement as
outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between
buyer and seller
Terms of payment in transactions are divided into 3 terms (30%
- 70% - 100% of the total transaction value), namely Down
Payment of 30%, then when the green bean coffee are sent by
40%, and repayment when the green bean coffee arrive at the
destination is 30% . The total becomes 100% of the total
transaction value.
Prices in this pricelist will fluctuate and prices will remain only in
1 cooperation contract or per transaction
The estimated time from ordering to delivery will be informed
when the agreement has been reached.
