2. That the applicant /surety had stood surety in favour of the accused person namely
Sonu s/o Raju, R/o D-1/29,Sultanpuri, Delhi-110086 in this present matter.
3. That now the Applicant/Surety has no faith in the accused person and hence
he(applicant/Surety) wants to withdraw his Surety given by him in favour of the
Accused.
 PRAYER

It is therefore most humbly prayed to this Hon’ble Court to cancel and withdraw the
Surety of the applicant/surety in the interest of justice.
