1. Update Employee Dashboard – Google Sheets
2. Classify and update employee files 3. Process Attendance for Payroll 4. Handle Employee Contracts, Letters etc. 5. Define/Redefine Employee JDs 6. Issue employee letters. 7. Conduct Performance Review Meeting with Department Heads and Employee. 8. Coordinate Staffing & Recruitment needs if & when required. 9. Other HR related tasks & duties.
