SWORN OF STATEMENT

I, LISING SILVER SALVADOR, of legal age, resident of Brgy Batitang, Zaragoza,

Nueva Ecija, bonafide member of Philippine National Police assigned at Regional Personnel
Holding and Accounting (RPHAU), currently detailed to Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3
(RMFB 3) for the conduct of Police Orientation Course (POC), after being duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am the designated as Over-all Class President of the CL-2021-02

“MANDALASIG”;

2. That, On April 26, 2023, an allegation against PCMS Renato C Robles from the
anonymous complainant with regards to the complained text message of the latter to our
Class;

3. That the allegation regarding on said text message is true because PCMS Robles giving
instruction to daily duty KP to buy food items for his personal need such as Bread, Liver
Spread, Peanut Butter, Pork and Beans, Apples, Pineapple Juice, and Coffee every day
that which is incorrect because it is personal; and

4. That the days passed by, he is asking too much like he bought 5 pcs of Maling, 25 pcs
of noodles, Eggs, Vegetables and other condiments that cost around a thousand pesos or
more, in the morning breakfast, but the lunch and dinner is not yet included which we
cannot afford every day and we are having a hard time to providing it; and apart from
foods, he also bought, 2 Super Stove, 50pcs of plates, 100pcs of spoon, 25pcs of Tabak
and other kitchen utensils;

5. That’s why my Classmates asked me where our instructors will get food and who will
return the money, they used from those instruction by PCMS Robles;

6. That I don’t know where to use them because just before our training is started, I
talked to him regarding the foods of our instructors that their foods is free because our
provider for are mess has already answered but what he wants is what follows; and

7. That the allegation regarding money that he is asking for his students is not true; and

8. That the allegation regarding the quarters he is asking is a thing we are not aware of.
All we know is that he asking our classmates to fetch some sand at the side of the
MAKATAO Building;

9. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and
for whatever legal purpose this my serve.

JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, are the CL 2021-02 “MANDALASIG”, of legal ages, a bonafide member of

Philippine National Police assigned at Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting (RPHAU),
currently detailed to Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB 3) for the conduct of Police
Orientation Course (POC), after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose

2. That the allegation regarding extortion is not true but by giving instruction to buy food

3. That the whole class decided to agree PCMS Robles as form of gratitude but as days
passed by, he is asking too much and it was too expensive like 5 pcs of Maling, 25 pcs of

complete and buy, so that we don’t know where to use them because just before our

but what he want is what follows; and
