3 REASONS YOU
COULD CHOOSE
1. Fintech leader
By acquiring E*TRADE, a New-York based discount broker-dealer, in 2020,
Morgan Stanley has transformed itself to a leader in Wealth Management, its
strong performance indicated by an increase in value from $2.7t to $5.2t in
AUM over that period. As a candidate you are attracted to both Morgan
Stanley’s forward-thinking approach to Fintech, as well as to the opportunity
to work in an industry-leading division.

2. Empowering career growth attitude

Morgan Stanley’s ‘greatest asset is [our] workers’, and it is known for providing
constant learning and development opportunities to its workers. This, coupled
with the firm’s commitment to and value of diversity creates a working
environment where you as a candidate at the beginning of your career get
the opportunity for constant professional development.

3. Giving back to communities

Morgan Stanley has recently started an initiative where it funds start-ups led
by people from underrepresented background, for example supporting
female-led Fintech start-ups in London with £200,000 per start-up.
Furthermore, Morgan Stanley actively matches non-profits with junior workers
within the firm, putting them in charge of developing action plans that help to
address mission-critical issues in those charities.
