Remarks
• If no Authorized Service Agent available, Traveling and Mileage from the nearest Authorized Service
Agent should be charged extra.
• Inland transportation (if not local) when arriving in the country of attendance for the vessel, if this is not
arranged by Customer/vessel’s local agent.
• Engineer expenses regarding international travelling, accommodation and alimentation.
• Launch boat charges, port fees, or any other extra expenses which may occur during attendance, if this
is not arranged by Customer/vessel’s local agent.
• Any other installation materials should be charged extra. Hot works to be arranged from the crew prior
attendance

 TERMS & CONDITIONS & ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER

This Commercial Offer is valid for sixty (60) days from the Commercial Offer issue date. The Terms &
Conditions to Starlink Services apply.
Offered pricing and other terms in this Commercial Offer are provided on the basis of commitment for number
of vessels as per Annex 1.
This proposal does not form a binding contract until Customer and Tototheo execute the Contract in
accordance with the Terms & Conditions to Starlink Services.
Above prices and charges are quoted in US$ and are exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other taxes, fees or
levies.

Sanctions Declaration
Tototheo Maritime and its affiliates conduct business in compliance with applicable sanctions. For more
details please see our Sanctions Compliance Declaration.

By signing the below the parties agree to enter into a Contract as per the Terms & Conditions to Starlink
Services.
