Due to a medical condition, I frequently spent time in the hospital as a child. The care I received was
always of a good standard. Particularly when I was anxious about what was taking place, the staff knew
how to reassure me. This motivated me to pursue nursing so that I could offer the same level of comfort
and care. I believe that supporting families through such trying times and assisting patients in overcoming
the burden of various health conditions times is sufficient. Seeing people suffer has a profound
psychological impact on me and also serves as motivation for me to try to lessen some of their suffering.
Helping those in need also improves their lives and the community as a whole, which is rewarding in and
of itself. I think being a nurse is a great career because you get to help people who are in need. Every
day, there are new situations to deal with, which call for quick thinking and the healthcare industry is
evolving as new methods of wellness and healthcare are investigated and developed to enhance people's
quality of life. Being a person who enjoys solving problems and because of my curiosity about new

I've been employed in the health insurance sector for more than ten years, and during that time
I've been exposed to the challenges that a wide range of people face when trying to find better healthcare
as well as the healthcare environment. Thus, I am what this experience causes me to be attuned to the
patient's medical needs, allowing for the opportunity to counsel them on how to manage their medical
needs and costs. Additionally, I've had the good fortune to interact with a variety of medical
professionals, working particularly closely with nurses in a variety of healthcare settings. Observing
nurses at work has been motivating for me because I've seen how they contribute to saving lives, help
patients deal with life-threatening situations, and uplift patients' families — even during palliative care —
In the center of San Francisco, California, is the prestigious and well-respected University of San

as the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the California Board of Registered
Nursing (BRN) have both granted USF's nursing program accreditation, certifying that it upholds the
highest standards of quality and excellence, USF’s Faculty has Real-World Experience whereby the
nursing faculty at USF is made up of seasoned experts who bring their knowledge from the workplace to
the classroom. They are dedicated to offering a safe and stimulating learning environment that equips
students for professional success. The nursing program at USF places a strong emphasis on real-world
clinical experience, giving students the chance to work in a range of healthcare facilities. This assists
students in acquiring the practical expertise and critical thinking skills necessary to succeed as nurses.
The idea that there are people in various parts of the world who lack access to quality healthcare
motivates me to offer my skills wherever I can to assist them in getting both spiritually and physically
nourishing healthcare. I consider it rewarding to provide care for patients who have few privileges. In
addition, I would adore to aid in the prevention of medical conditions that have been successfully
controlled in my area by giving the poor access to medical resources. Thus, I am motivated to start out as
a vocational nurse so that I can offer basic nursing care in a medical setting and have the opportunity to
transition into missionary nursing. I think that many practitioners who come after me will be motivated by
