1. What makes you a good fit for this role? what in your past demonstrates your suitability?

What makes me a good fit for this role is composed of the following characteristics: first, given that I
am a business graduate, and as much as I really want to work for a business company, it drives my
capabilities to work with a charismatic attitude and a good personality. Second, in my three years
and six months of working in the administrative department, I am confident that I gained so much
knowledge and skills, such as working under pressure or just being calm and proactive in thinking of
solutions to problems. Lastly, I am a person who is always willing to learn things, and although some
works are new to me or with which I’m not yet familiar, I believe that with due process and proper
training and workshops, I can be able to grasp them with confidence and integrity.

2. Startups usually require people to go beyond the regular hours in return for higher
compensation and bonuses - are you comfortable with longer or flexible hours (even weekends)
if needed to support the rest of the team? To clarify, our work schedule is from Monday to
Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. As for our work setup, we work 90% remotely. We have face-
to-face meetings/activities used for coworking days, fun days, and events/expos, which are
compulsory.

Yes, especially on weekends, I am okay with working longer or more flexible hours! It is worthwhile
for me to put in the effort if it would help the company achieve its specific output and goals as well
as my own, such as receiving fair salary and bonuses.

3. What drives and motivates you? Tell us one thing that you are passionate about - it could be a
subject, area, social long-term goal, sport, advocacy, business goal, hobby, or anything else.

From the company itself, a better wage, comfortable coworkers, and a healthy work atmosphere that
encourages me to work harder and smarter for the organization are the three major factors or
approach that push and motivate me to complete the task at hand. When it comes to life outside of
the company, having a balanced life means traveling to places, experiencing leisure time with my
family and loved ones, and listening to good music while playing with my dogs. For my long-term
goal, I want to have my own business, which might be a clothing or food business, and reach my
goals by acquiring savings and investments.
