This chapter present the background of the study, purpose of the study, scope

and delimitation, the significance of the study, literature review and definition of

Background of the Study

Purpose of the Study

The purpose of this research is to explore the factors that influenced the Senior

High School Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) Grade-11 students in

choosing their strand of Teodoro Hernaez National High School.

Scope and Delimitation

This study only focused on the student whom who choose the Accountancy,

Business, and Management (ABM) S.Y. 2022-2023 second semester. They served as

the researchers participants in conducting this study.

Significance of the Study

This research that explore the factors that influenced the ABM student in

choosing the ABM strand will benefit to the following:
