Banana Rasmalai with Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

Low fat milk (480mL)

Pudding powder (10g)

Honey (2tbsp)

Banana (2 pieces)

Lemon (½ medium)

Preparation steps:

Rasmalai

1. Boil 150ml of milk, then add lemon juice until deposition occurred.
2. Separate the curdle and the whey. Remove the whey completely.
3. Drain the curdle with a cloth. Squeeze it to remove excess whey.
4. Left the curdle hanging for 1 hour.
5. After that, knead the curdle for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle some water to make it moist.
6. Add 1 tsp of corn flour and knead for another 5 minutes.
7. Make it into small round dough and boil in water until it become soft.
8. Let it cool then squeeze out the excess water.

Milk pudding

1. Cook 60ml of milk with honey and pudding powder.


2. Serve in bowl and wait till it cool down completely.
3. Put banana slide around the bowl/cup.
4. Blend banana with 30ml milk (to serve as topping). Pour the mixture on the pudding.

1. Put rasmalai on top of the pudding and the blended banana and milk.
