LEARNING AND EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZATION
From day one, my routine was to wake up early in the morning, get ready and
go to the school on time. As I enter into the school, the children were waiting
for me to come The children were very happy, full of enthusiasm and they
greeted me with the best smile. After we got introduced to each other, I asked
the children about their aim in life. As it was my first experience teaching small
children, I was a bit nervous and questioning myself on whether I would be able
to do it. But the children were very cooperative and I learn many new things as
well. Throughout these 15days of community service I have learnt many new
things and one of them is how to control young children and how to teach them.
These were very memorable days, which in the end made me a little sad, as it
was my last day Children were so attached to me that they gave me greeting
cards, which was done by them with so much love and support towards me. I
really miss those memories with the children that I have spent each second. I
gave them chocolates and biscuits on the last day of service.

SUGGESTION AND CONCLUSION
• In recent years, a number of social forces have changed both the
landscape of family and community life and the expectations for young
people.
• A combination of factors have weakened the informal community support
once available to young people.
• The high rates of family mobility; greater anonymity in neighbourhood
where more parents are at work and out of the home and neighbourhood
for long periods, and in schools, which have become larger and much
more heterogeneous.
• The exposure to themes of violence and heavy use and abuse of drugs and
alcohol.
• And, in some cases, the deterioration and disorganization of
neighbourhood and schools as a result of crime, drugs, and poverty.
• At the same time, today’s world has become increasingly complex,
technical, and multicultural, placing new and challenging demands on
young people in terms of education, training, and the social and
emotional skills needed in a highly competitive environment.
• Finally, the length of adolescence has extended to the mid- to late
twenties, and the pathways to adulthood have become less clear and more
numerous.
• In addition, many youths are entering the labor market with inadequate
knowledge and such skills as the ability to communicate effectively,
resolve conflicts, and prepare for and succeed in a job.
• Some youths are taking dangerous risks and doing poorly.
• Some social indicators suggest continuing problems, particularly for
minority youth living in poor communities and youth living in poor,
single parent.
• Youth from poor inner city and rural areas are doing substantially worse
on national achievement tests than youth from more affluent school
districts. School dropout is particularly high among Hispanic youth and
adolescents living in poor communities.
• Many young women and men are engaging in unsafe sex, exposing them
to sexually transmitted infections. Smoking cigarettes, obesity, and gun
violence on school campuses have all increased.
• This can be overcome to a great extent through education and developing
a sense of social responsibility among children from when they are
young.
