3 Power of Attorney to the authorized Mandatory if partners are
persons/employees of firms to apply for LEI on not applying for LEI
behalf of the partnership Firm.(duly notarized (Notarization Required by
original copy) in the format specified by LEIL law)
4 Photo Identities such as Valid PassPort/ Driving Optional
License Election-Voters Card of the Partners (Any
one)
6 IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued to the Mandatory
proprietary concern by the office of DGFT as an
identity document (Certified True Copy by Notary
or Gazette Officer not required)

OR

Certificate/license issued by the Municipal

Authorities under Shop & Establishment
Act(Certified True Copy by Notary or Gazette
Officer)
7 Audited Financial Statements of the legal entity for Mandatory
the last financial year or link to its website showing
its financials.
8 If you have holding company, please provide the Optional
following:
Audited Financial Statements of the direct and/or
ultimate parent OR
Auditor’s Certificate (Please check “Legal Docs
Download” Tab for the template after logging in
LEIL website)
9 Undertaking –cum-Indemnity (As per the format Mandatory
enclosed)
