    Dear Ashok Kumar,

    I am writing this letter in response to your letter dated March 20, 2023. We are very happy to
    help local community projects, and the work of the youth club seems to be very worthwhile and
    with our line of business, we are interested to help young people appreciate outdoor activities.

    However, the list of the things that the club would like to buy or pay for is not stated in the letter.
    We have a company policy of not to give money without specific purposes. The amount we will
    donate will depend on what it is to be used for.

    In line with this, send us a copy once you have a breakdown of what the club are wanting to buy
    and how much will it cost and we will decide how much we will be donating.

    Again, if the club runs any outdoor activities, we would be happy to contribute towards the cost
    of equipment or trips.
