sparked my interest in farming and why I pursued a career as a Dairy Farmer. I spent three years on a
farm to gain hands-on experience working with livestock where I learned how to feed and take care of
the animals properly.

During this time, I also learned a lot about planting and caring for crops. To enhance my career and to
learn the business end of this industry, I earned an associate degree in farm and ranch management that
also included courses in livestock production. I have the ability to supervise dairy farm operations, shed
and plant hygiene, feeding and pasture management.

I have the skills, training and education to organize operations in order to meet production and to keep
things running smoothly. I know what steps to take to keep the herd healthy in order to reduce the risks
of health problems. I also have the ability to handle the financial side of the business that includes
setting up and adhering to a budget, keeping all financial records in order and managing the income and
expenses responsibly.

I have the knowledge to meet the requirements and comply with all laws and regulations regarding
dairy farming. I have exceptional communication, leadership and decision making skills. I am the best
