Description
The goal of this project is to use simulation modeling to reduce idle time and maximize the utilization of resources
in a clinic. The clinic includes two receptionists who handle check-ins and scheduling for the few patients they
meet each day. The concern is about the sub-optimal use of resources in the clinic, which can lead to potential idle
time and inefficiencies in the patient flow.

Objective
The objective of the simulation is to identify the root causes of resource inefficiencies and idle
time in the clinic, and to propose optimal solutions that address these issues. The simulation will
be used to measure the utilization of resources, such as staff and equipment, and to test
different scenarios and strategies that improve resource utilization and minimize idle time. The
goal is to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the clinic, while maintaining a high
level of patient satisfaction.
