VPO Jhabkra, District Gurdaspur, Punjab 143525 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Employee’), do
hereby bind myself and my heirs and successors, executors, assigns and administrators, to pay
to M/s.Muthoot Finance Limited.., having its Corporate Office at plot No. 2 - 4, Community
Centre, Alaknanda , New Delhi-110 019 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), on demand,
an amount equivalent to my last drawn Two months’ salary, on account of specialized training.

WHEREAS the Employee has been appointed as Junior Relationship Executive by the
Company. The Employee hereby undertakes to remain in employment with the Company, for a
minimum period of at least 2 Year (excluding leave period).

AND WHEREAS such assignment provides the Employee with skill and imparts to him/her
confidential technical information and provides requisite experience.

AND WHEREAS the Company will be incurring substantial expenses on the Employee, on
inducting, placing and imparting specialized training to him/her and consequently, the Employee
has undertaken to indemnify the Company against all losses or damage, including the expenses
exposure, which the Company will suffer by reason of the Employee failing to fulfill the agreed
obligations under the Company’s Letter of Appointment dated __________(to be left blank ).

Now, the conditions of the above written obligation is that in the event of the Employee failing to
fulfill any of the terms and conditions of service as set out in the Company’s Appointment Letter
dated___________ (to be left blank) and/or the Employee abandoning the employment with
the Company at any time during the period of 2 Year from the date of his/her completion of the
training/appointment, the Employee shall forthwith pay to the Company, without demur and on a
mere demand by the Company, an amount equivalent to my last drawn Two months’ salary.

Company, shall be handling cash and other valuables. I assure you and undertake that he/she
shall not indulge in any unlawful conduct, illegality or irregularity whatsoever, which may cause
any loss/damage to the Company. I reaffirm that the said Mr./Ms Poonam has demonstrated
high levels of integrity and fidelity.

Further, I agree to stand as surety for the due performance of the obligation of the said Mr./Ms
Poonam under this bond/agreement. In case of breach of the terms of service, and/or
indulgence by the said Mr./Ms Poonam in any sort of illegality or irregularity and failure to
indemnify the Company against the losses incurred, I shall be jointly and severally liable to pay
all the losses incurred/and outstanding’s due to your Company.

I understand and agree that the amount of loss shall constitute a debt owing to the Company and
shall be recoverable from the said Mr./Ms Poonam and me (as surety), jointly and severally,
with interest thereon @ 18% per annum till the date of payment.
